1) Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the HGlove Demo application (“App”), you agree
to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2) Purpose of the App
This App is provided solely as a demonstration tool for the HGlove haptic glove on
Meta Quest devices. It is not a consumer product, medical tool, or safety-critical
application.
3) License
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the
App for personal, non-commercial purposes. - You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except as
permitted by law.
4) User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to modify or interfere with the App’s operation.
- Misuse the App in ways that could cause harm to you, others, or property.
5) Health & safety notice
- VR usage requires caution. Take regular breaks and follow Meta’s safety
guidelines. - This App involves physical interaction (hand/finger movement with the
HGlove). Ensure you have adequate space and avoid using in unsafe
environments. - We are not responsible for injury, discomfort, or damage caused by improper
use.
6) Data & privacy
- The App does not collect, transmit, or share personal data.
- Bluetooth information is used only on-device to connect the HGlove.

7) Updates & availability
- We may update or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
- The App is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or errors.
8) Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the App and associated content remain with Irerobot.
9) Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or non-infringement.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages
(including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from use or inability to
use the App.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of
these Terms.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
